Marc founded Nexus Pay, a veteran-owned merchant services company, on a simple conviction: merchants deserve the same intelligence about their payment costs that Wall Street has about markets. That vision became the NexusPay Intelligence Platform — an AI-powered SaaS that performs forensic analysis of merchant statements, functioning as the Bloomberg terminal of merchant services across all payment rails.
Before founding Nexus Pay, Marc built his career in enterprise IT and telecommunications sales, where he consistently ranked as a top performer and led teams with a servant-leadership philosophy — walking with his people rather than pushing them, and building every client relationship on a deep understanding of the customer's business.
Marc also heads Calcerta Group, Nexus Pay's parent brand, delivering full-stack technology solutions — from carrier-agnostic payment rails to IT infrastructure, UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud and data center environments, mobility, IoT & Matter, and AI-powered cybersecurity and customer experience.
Lindsey Pantuso brings nearly a decade of customer-facing leadership across B2B SaaS and telecommunications infrastructure, serving organizations from small business through global enterprise across multiple industry verticals. Her experience spans the full revenue lifecycle — from new-business acquisition to long-term account growth, and from pre-sale strategy through post-sale success — in product analysis, account management, and customer success roles at Zayo Group, Lumen Technologies, Envoy, and Lightspeed Systems. A consistent top performer who managed portfolios of up to 500 accounts and repeatedly exceeded quota, she has served as the backbone for developing and implementing customer success strategy, grounded in a consultative, discovery-driven understanding of each client's business.
As Founding Advisor to Nexus Pay, her contributions extend well beyond revenue. She architected the company's outreach operations — including its merchant prospecting systems and vertical-specific campaigns — and has provided hands-on advisory in the design, implementation, and deployment of Nexus Pay's internal HR, payroll, and onboarding operations across the full pre-sale to post-sale lifecycle. Her customer-first philosophy informs how Nexus Pay engages every merchant relationship.
